My goodness, what an absolute corker of a day we had with the fantastic Liana and Trystan down in Cornwall. These two are sunshine personified, and their wedding was the most beautiful extension of who they are as people. It really was the most incredible day - so much so that my cheeks ached from spending the entire day smiling. 🥹

This was also such a heartfelt, personal day. From Liana’s countless DIY projects, to seeing the couple literally ‘tying the knot’, to choreographed dancing (so beautiful!), to a surprise saxophone concert from Liana’s dad which totally captivated the audience, and finishing with a sunset of dreams… this wedding had it all. You could see how much love and work had gone into this day, and you could feel it all day long too.

When I left Liana and Trystan’s wedding at the stunning, very sunny Lusty Glaze in Newquay, and made my descent upon the many steps to the top, I remember just standing, looking back over the private cove, now dark and adored by fairy lights. I paused for a second, taking it all in, and thought how amazing it is that this is my job. Being welcomed with open arms into people’s lives, offered to photograph the happiest day of their lives together so far… What a genuine privilege and honour.Liana and Trystan, thank you for inviting us to share in your incredible wedding day.
