Where do I begin with these two wonderful human beings? A truly joyful wedding, on the most perfect autumnal September day, in a place they hold so dear to their hearts... I think that just about sums up Kitty and Connor’s special day at @driftwoodsparsweddings in Trevaunance Cove, Cornwall. 🌊

Kitty and Connor are such a beautiful couple. Having spent over ten years together, they have grown, changed and supported one another over the years. They have weathered many storms, travelled to many places, and most importantly, supported one another through everything life has thrown them.I learned a lot from their day. Kitty said in her surprise speech that she values their relationship not just for its similarities but for its differences... The way that Connor slows her down, encouraging a methodical, logical approach, and the way that she gently pushes him to be more free spirited and take life by the horns in the moment. They are the perfect opposites in so many ways, and I think that’s what relationships should be about. Not trying to change someone, but valuing what it is that makes them who they are.

I have so much gratitude to you both for asking my dad and I to photograph your wedding day. Kitty, knowing what a talented photographer you are, the pressure was on, but you both just trusted us to do our thing and for that I am forever in debt to you. When you told me how you’re beginning to relive each moment from your day through these photographs, I cannot tell you how much it meant to me. Congratulations again. 🥹💜
